Bill is entering his seventh season as a member of the Arizona Coyotes Ticket Sales & Service leadership TEAM as their Vice President of Ticket Sales & Service.  Makris has over 29 years of experience in the ticketing industry.  He has worked with some of the top professional organizations including the Edmonton Oilers, Columbus Blue Jackets, Tampa Bay Lightning, Hartford Whalers, Florida Marlins, Houston Rockets and the Chicago Wolves and Hartford Wolf Pack of the AHL.  Bill works closely with Executive VP of Ticket Sales & Strategy Jeff Morander overseeing Sales & Service initiatives for the Coyotes.  Makris also leads all Ticket Sales & Service recruitment and Training efforts.  He has also served as a member of the NHL Ticket Sales Advisory Committee for three seasons.

Since coming to Phoenix, the Coyotes Sales & Service TEAM has worked together to set franchise revenue records including overall Ticket Revenue.  Makris is a native of Hartford, CT and earned an MA from UConn in Sport Management & Sports Marketing.  He is also the proud father of his 13 year old son Alexander.
